Grants Available to a Wide Range of Industries
Funding and assistance programs are available across all levels of government, however the funding options available to your business are continually changing with government policy. An important consideration is that grants and incentives can be both Entitlement-based; that is, if you have spent the money, you will get reimbursement; or Competitive (Merit-based) grants; these are assessed on meeting criteria, eligibility and the achievement of milestones. These programs, unlike broad-based federal programs, are often focussed on more targeted industry sectors, locations, demographics, enterprise and SME’s.
Often, competitive grant applications are prospective, meaning that the applications must be submitted in advance of undertaking an activity or commencing a project and require matched funding.
Examples of Competitive based grant programs

Depending on your state of business, project, industry, region and funding needs, there may be a grant available at federal, state, or local levels or within your industry from industry bodies and associations. We can assist you in identifying which grants ‘fit’ your business needs and provide comprehensive assistance and management of your grants application preparation, supporting documentation (such as cash flow models, commercialisation documents etc).
We can also help you access and make claims for entitlement-based programs such as the R&D Tax incentive and the EMDG schemes. These are enshrined in government legislation and have been integral to the ongoing financial support of Australian businesses to innovate and commercialise overseas.
